Event marketing manager

Altran Software & Digital Events & Community Manager North America This postion requires you to be in our San Mateo office daily .

Your Impact: You’ll be developing and building a community and events from the ground up and scaling these for growth and customer success.

Your approach to B2B marketing will be relatable, creative, and human to best connect with our audience of talent professionals and innovative people leaders, including both customers and prospects.

You’ll be part of a close-knit cross functional Employer team including demand generation, marketing operations, sales, SDR, customer success, insights and events together building a truly game-changing brand.

Your Role: Develop branded engagements and execute successful events across North America.

Build out an Engineering leadership community through curated branded experiences.

Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to ensure events are deployed across all channels.

Work with cross-functional practitioners (customer success, sales, sales operations, engineering centers, management, demand gen, global marketing) to test and optimize events.

Measure and track how events influence pipeline and revenue.

Proactively seek opportunities to improve and evolve events.

You’ll help position Altran as a thought leader in “authentic voice�? along with educating our audience on the importance of personal online language and communication coaching to fuel workplace innovation With the Demand Generation Manager, you will plan events for various stages of the funnel across VC Backed start-ups, mid SAAS and Enterprise SAAS clients.

Work well within the global marketing team and establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert prospects to company loyal customers.

You’ll work with these technologies: Salesforce – CRM Project Management tools like Asana and Trello.

Hubspot marketing automation platform Social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Hootsuite Your Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in community and events marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS business Demonstrated ability to run successful events.

High meticulous and organized.

Experience collaborating with various Stakeholders across all levels.

Use Marketing Automation to drive up attendance for our events.

Creative and outside of the box thinking.

Designing and curating innovative experiences and events.

A natural communicator with proven collaboration skills across a variety of personality types and functions.

Can be both creative and analytical in the same meeting and bridge different functions Execution oriented with a passion for project management and fast paced environments Comfortable presenting ideas and information to senior leadership internally and externally Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
