With global operations in Los Angeles, Barcelona and Dublin (DIGIT Games Studios), and additional studios in seven countries across four continents, Scopely has raised more than $250 million in financing from global entertainment and technology investors. Scopely’s Los Angeles office is searching for an experienced Live Ops Manager for one of its casual titles.What you will do: Work with the product team to define and execute Live Ops events and offers to create a fresh and fun experience for our players Test and improve our Live Ops events and offers to grow engagement and monetization over timeWork with the art team to support our Live Ops events and offers with effective promotionsDefine and configure in-game communication working with other team members as needed (Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)Work with product managers and analysts to monitor the performance of the Live Ops events and offers and understand their impact on KPIs and game healthHelp improve our processes and tools to increase operational efficiencySupport the feature development process by identifying unmet player needs or opportunities to improve our toolsWhat you will need:4-year college degreeLive Operations experience or other business-focused disciplines (marketing, product, design) within the industry is preferred.Quantitative skills.

You’ll need to perform analyses, determine what matters from what doesn’t, and prioritize your time accordingly.Creativity.

You’ll need to empathize with players and brainstorm ways to improve the game.

Ultimately, success is about implementing promotional campaigns and events that have a big impact on our players.A deep interest in games, particularly mobile games.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Some experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools, etc.
