We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Manager, Talent Acquisition who: Coordinates and oversees all recruitment personnel, recruitment activities, and new hire processing activities of the organization.

Coordinates all advertising activities.

Facilitates programs to ensure appropriate retention rates of employees.

Assists in developing and implementing department budget.

Plans, develops, and implements recruitment strategies.

Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Essential Functions: Supervises, coordinates and gives general direction on the recruitment and new hire process.

Assists in recruitment activities such as job fairs, advertising, interviewing potential candidates, and making hiring recommendations to departmental personnel.

Collaborates with hiring managers to develop job profiles for each position.

Develops, implements and monitors creative strategies in clinical staff retention purposes.

Prepares and maintains statistical reports related to recruitment efforts.

Measures performance and develops action plans and objectives to continuously improve employee engagement.

Develops and implements recruiting strategies and coordinates the hiring process.

Participates in budget preparation and cost control management.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education Bachelor’s Degree: Required Master’s Degree: Preferred Work Experience Five years of relevant experience: Preferred One year of leadership experience: Preferred Required Licenses/Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP): Preferred
