With $8M raised and $200M of assets under management.Position: The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram) and others (YouTube, Native Platforms,etc).

This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the campaign lifecycle from creative ideation to planning, implementation and reporting.This full-time position will be located in our San Diego office (downtown). Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day search marketing and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms including campaign setup (keyword research, ad copy, campaign builds), daily optimizations (bids, audience targeting, creative, etc), budget pacing, testing and reportingDevelop data-driven paid acquisition strategies that leverage innovative technology to build a scalable, customer-centric marketing journeyImplement paid campaign strategies that align with the overall strategic objectives of the companyCreate content specifications for landing page and creative testing Execute ongoing test plan and daily campaign optimizations to reach CPL and CPA targetsManage tagging and conversion tracking within platformsManage bids and budgets across campaign flights to ensure cost efficiency and fulfillmentLeverage tech platforms to provide specialized reporting and strategy recommendationsStay up-to-date on the latest platform changes, new channels, competitive landscape, and best practices.Meticulously manage timelines and expectationsManage multiple projects, drive to completion, and deliver effective resultsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).3+ years minimum of proven experience in paid search and paid social media, with a demonstrated success in working with other departments to develop multi-faceted digital strategiesAdvanced experience working with auction-based advertising platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, AdRoll)Experience with campaign data analysis and tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Salesforce, visualization tools); must be able to develop clear reporting and visualizations (pivot tables, formulas, graphs)Experience with developing testing plans based on creative, audience, location and other targeting factorsExperience developing creative a plus (ad copy, image sourcing, landing page copy testing)Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and paid social mediaMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independentlyMust be a problem solver, comfortable leading projects to completion and taking full ownership of their channels/goalsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detailExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skillsBenefits:Competitive SalaryStock OptionsMedical Insurance Contribution 75%Dental and Vision14 Days PTOOn-site Parking
