Our US operation is growing quickly and we are looking for a professional to join the team under the capacity as Sales Manager – Western US.Our products are sold globally and designed for Architects and Builders who appreciate the highest quality of engineering, configurable design and the credibility given by associating with our Quality Brand.You will be a hunter who has proven ability to generate new business, grow successful client relationships and maximize growth in this region.

Along with your strong work ethic and hands on approach you will also manage the region’s five sales agencies.

You will be driven to improve the region’s market position by driving growth in the Premium Residential and specific Commercial Verticals.

Primarily you will achieve growth by targeting key Decision Makers, Influencers and Specifiers across contractor categories on large scale projects and at Residential Building companies.We are committed to ensuring CS People are the Pocket Door Experts in each of our markets.

An ability to learn and present architectural products will be key.Job duties include:Co-ordination with VP of Sales and Marketing on regional sales strategyAn active focus on new business development by targeting specific project types and key players involved.Management of independent agencies within the regionOwnership and optimization of our network of distribution and dealer accountsDevelop profitable long-term relationships with key accounts and specifiersTarget large dollar value projects for specification and follow to fruitionOrchestrating marketing efforts with Marketing ManagerRequirementsFive years experience in business development at a building products manufacturer or related businessProven growth in sales and management of a sales teamEmbodiment and belief in core CS company values
