Sales director (rsd) – medicare advantage and long-term care

We are growing rapidly, and we are starting to work with some of the largest payer plans in the country for Medicare Advantage.

The Sales Director will drive momentum for one of the biggest needs in healthcare, identification of risk of dementia/Alzheimer’s disease. You are a passionate salesperson with experience in Medicare Advantage and Long-Term care.

You are a hunter who works hard to research, find and identify leads while also being supported from inside sales teams and aggressive marketing campaigns.

You thrive in start-ups and know from quick experience how to build a pipeline rapidly that will result in identifying more people at risk of dementia than ever before possible.

• Utilize current relationships to drive quick interest and close deals in Medicare Advantage 
• Design and deliver on a detailed plan for sales in all markets 
• Understand client needs across all markets, healthcare market trends, common industry challenges and how to overcome them 
• Detailed and extensive documentation in Salesforce of all sales activities Key Requirements: 
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital health SaaS solutions for payer and healthcare enterprise orgs, including at least 3+ years in a startup 
• 2+ years selling into Medicare Advantage plans 
• Proven, successful navigation of the payer ecosystem to drive explosive growth 
• A proven track record of beating quota for SaaS solutions in digital health 
• A robust network of contacts in Medicare Advantage 
• Salesforce expertise and desire to run your business through analytics 
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to think on your feet 
• Ability to learn science quickly and effectively deliver information to medical communities 
• Strong ability to be highly successful (in a sometimes ambiguous) high growth environment 
• Ability to work closely with highly motivated and talented sales professionals 
• Highly energetic, passionate sales experience in complex environments 
• Bachelor’s degree
