This is a Full-time position in Clovis, CA posted December 17, 2019.

Carmel Village at Clovis, a Generations LLC community www.generationsllc.com, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Director!

Our beautiful resort-style senior living community is located in the heart of Clovis, California.

We are looking for a candidate with passion for seniors and their families!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Work with and lead the sales team to ensure that monthly sales goals are met.
· Assure that team is following up on all inquiries made to the community.
· Give meaningful tours, listen to prospects and their family members, provide guidance & be able to receive and organize deposits, and facilitate move-ins.
· Ensure that CRM/database is used to track lead generation, sales activities, prospect readiness, and referral source success in an accurate and timely manner
· Attend all required meeting, trainings, and group events.

Some of these events may be located outside of the area, requiring overnight stays.
· Participate and/or organize promotional activities such as trade shows, and offsite events.

Some of these events may require evenings or weekend hours.
· Collaborate with the sales team members with sales call planning and monitor effectiveness of outreach program
· Organize and promote special events such as theme parties, open house events and educational programs to generate traffic
· Provide weekly and monthly activity reports of tours, deposits, apartment assignments, move-ins and move-outs, and any other reports as requested by the Executive Director or Generations Director of Sales and Marketing
· Meet with ED and sales team weekly to review strategic goals/benchmarks.
· Develop and implement with ED and the Generations Director of Sales and Marketing an annual Sales and Marketing plan.
· Tour competitors and complete a bi-annual competitive market survey.
· Develop, maintain, and distribute the marketing calendar for the community.
· Coordinate advertising with ED Generations Director of Sales and Marketing.
· Arrange for, purchase, set-up, and distribute marketing gifts when appropriate.
· Supervise and maintain a well-qualified, productive sales staff.

This includes, but is not limited to, functions of hiring, progressive discipline, terminations, performance monitoring (goals and database input), training, and motivation.
· Monitor department budget and expenditures
· Maintain professional personal appearance and adhere to dress code as outlined in employee manual.
· Perform all other duties as requested by your supervisor.RESPONSIBILITIESTo carry out all of the duties and responsibilities in a professional manner.
