Exceeding revenue targets each quarter, Sales Operations is going to play a critical role in sustaining this explosive growth.

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role on the sales team by partnering with sales leadership, marketing, and finance to refine our GTM strategy, territory design, sales process, KPI framework, and revenue programs to exceed our goals.

This person will have prior experience with a range of sales motions: from highly technical and complex sales in the Enterprise space to establishing framework for entering new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Determine go-to-market (GTM) approaches and conduct regular business and resource planning Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) across enterprise sales (both direct and channel) Drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions Represent Sales Operations in leadership meetings Own root cause analysis of operational issues Conduct scoping of projects with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, owners, and expectations on timelines Own planning and implementation of sales account/territory mappings Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with other operational leaders Support executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables for board materials, QBRs, and more Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale Partner with Sales Leadership to build Compensation Models Lead building and maintaining a Deal Desk for use cases both Pre and Post sale Partner with Operations Team to build and maintain hand-off for post-sale customers REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Platform Developer 2 certified Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce Strength in identifying data patterns that need improvement with processes Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing Key Performance Indicators for success Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills Exposure to distribution channels and international channels is a plus Experience with Marketo is a plus WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Stock options Flexible and open vacation policy Home internet reimbursement $1000/year learning & development stipend Monthly mentorship stipend Generous parental leave policy
