**THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS** Summary You will support our sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing sales data and our sales applications.

You will manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.

Finally, and most importantly, you’ll be responsible for managing our events team including event coordination, managing event materials and participating in events as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities Partner with Sales Manager to create and deliver sales team KPIs, track sales KPIs, as well as track sales results, and deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting Act as connection between sales account management and sales support team including deliverables, key initiatives, company messaging, etc.

Help Sales Manager drive accountability and ownership of results Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales reporting & analytics Create Reporting SOP detailing all reports, frequency, and execution Maintain sales dashboard Observe and report on market sales trends Process ad hoc requests required by the business As the CRM AdministratorDrive implementation and training Deliver CRM Reporting by market and location including Goal vs Actual, Visits, Events, EDUs, etc.

Design and maintain SOPs for events, education events, vehicle utilization, etc.

Be responsible for sales driving activitiesSchedule patient appreciation days and budtender educations for sales team Participate in patient appreciation days and budtender educations Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice Qualifications 3+ experience working in sales operations or in a similar role Good knowledge of sales operations management Experience with forecasting models Experience with databases and project management software a plus Exceptional communication skills Degree in Business Management or relevant field Ability to pass Livescan background check This role will require reliable transportation Please send resumes to acohen@forcebrands.com
