We find the best homes in the best locations, we update the interiors and furnish them out, all in the service of helping people find other amazing individuals to live with.

What will you do?

Be the Face of Bungalow: You will be responsible for building, training, and managing a team of field sales associates (full-time & part-time) who will be the first impression of the Bungalow Community to all potential members, facilitating showing homes, and helping them decide to join Bungalow!

Build the Sales Process : As an early member of the Bungalow team, you will create a local market sales playbook and improve our sales processes to drive toward an exceptional member experience.

Set the Standard: Ensure your sales team performs at world-class standards, representing Bungalow every step of the way.

You will routinely conduct quality assurance checks to continually improve the new resident experience.

Bias to Action: Make sound decisions and perform at a high level in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Creatively Problem Solve: You’ll own the member experience from initial outreach, generating excitement around Bungalow, triaging issues when appropriate, and managing up for escalations.

Build our Community: You will work with the General Manager to launch and organize 3 5 community events for the members of the market each month.

Manage the Metrics: Set and manage team performance through market KPIs, work with GM to define incentive structure, and have a constant pulse of the sales funnel.

Be an Owner: Own the local market sales schedule, optimize the showing schedule, and be the first responder to sales questions.

What are you like?

Who You Are Previous management experience Real estate or hospitality experience is not required but is a plus!

Creative event planning experience is a plus!

A true people-person through and through You enjoy building relationships and giving them the best experience possible!
