This position reports directly to the Site Merchandising Manager, and works cross-functionally with Retail Merchants, Photo Studio, Digital Marketing, and Engineering Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute eCommerce merchandising strategy in alignment with the target customer & business goals.

Ensure brand marketing initiatives are in line with merchandising strategy
• Merchandise categories to support promotional calendar and brand editorial initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships in partnership with Site Merchandising Manager; participate in weekly calls and partner with vendors on optimization and business goals
• Pull and analyze sales and ad hoc reports
• Collaborate with and support Digital Marketing and Merchandising initiatives
• QA prior to all site releases and site go-live execution.

Participate in weekly site review & testing in order to ensure merchandise presentation is aligned with marketing message and product integrity.

Elevate potential issues to manager, where appropriate.
• Collaborates with cross-functional team members to ensure World-Class customer service, managing issues that arise.

Communicate changes in tactical plans to the appropriate members of the cross-functional team on a timely basis
• Works with cross-functional partners to manage user experience enhancements for site through our project management platform.

Troubleshoot potential issues and report findings.
• Represent Site Merchandising in meetings and cross-functional projects
• Manage sample and product activation process in Specialist’s absence
• Performs other duties as needed/assigned Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce (apparel industry preferred)
• Demonstrate flexibility, ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-moving, results driven environment
• Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines
• Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and an ability to detect inconsistencies in data
• Maintain and meet daily deadlines on multiple projects and tasks
• Strong analytical skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn new systems.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands:
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, California corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
