The Wholesale Team is responsible for world-class business development, management, and operational services to enable rapid innovation and growth for T-Mobile’s Wholesale business, which consists of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), Internet of Things (IoT), and Machine to Machine (M2M) segments.

Wholesale is a quick-moving, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing part of T-Mobile’s overall business.

What you’ll do in your role.

The Business Analysis Manager will need to be a strategic thinker leveraging strong analytical skills to effectively frame complex problems and develop a strategy that is executable.

This individual contributor will interact with various senior leaders across functional organizations to drive strategy adoption and influence change.

Successful delivery and execution requires cross-functional alignment while promoting efficiency and transparency.

The role will communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, strategy recommendations, and detailed analysis to help drive effective execution of initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to play a defining role in a line of business that has strong delivery to the bottom line helping the New T-Mobile achieve their financial goals.Influence/design strategic vision of the Wholesale organization.

Frame complex problems in a structured way designing analytical needs to support strategic decisionsConstruct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner.

Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain company performance.Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis in partnership with FP& A and pricing to enhancedecision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organizationDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the entire wholesale portfolio in order to propose and analyze strategic decisions impacting the enterpriseAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.The experience you’ll bring.3-5 years Experience in financial and operating analysis and reporting.3-5 years Business process/project analysis experience with strong strategic mindset.Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking experience preferredChannel management, Sales Analysis or Financial Strategy experience preferred.SQL or database management experience a plus.Telecommunication experience preferred.Bachelors Degree Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field
