They will responsible for the employee brand, candidate experience, talent forecasting, sourcing strategy and hiring all of the talent at the corporate office and its subsidiaries.

This individual will also be a culture champion and driver of internal communications.

As a company that is growing quickly, prior experience in recruiting a large number of roles simultaneously would be ideal.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience required.Experience5 7 years managing recruiting and Applicant Tracking.Supervisory experience a plus.Healthcare or County Social Services experience a big plus.License or CertificationCertification in Human Resources/Recruiting (PHR, SPHR, AIRS) strongly preferred.Specialized SkillsAbility to interact and communicate verbally with other staff and the public.Ability to type 40 words per minute on computer or typewriter.Demonstrated public relations/relationship building/consulting skills.Physical Ability to sit most of the working day.Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to engage potential applicants in person, over the phone, and email (see, hear, and speak)POTENTIAL JOB HAZARDSAssaultive adolescents/adults and visitorsBlood and Body Fluid ContactPotential for neck strain from cradling telephone and minor lacerations from paper cuts.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS REQUIREDDemonstrated use of Standard Precautions.Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures and Material Safety Data Sheets particular to departmental hazards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreating and executing on an active and passive candidate sourcing strategy.Responsible for the candidate experience from job posting through interview feedback and onboarding.Manage the employer brand both internally and externally.Creating candidate profiles with hiring managersDevelop recruitment strategy.

This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Oversee ongoing use of Social Media recruitment platform and branding.Oversee the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.Liaison with training department on New Hire Orientation.Counsels the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research with regards to talent development or retention.Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.Develop college recruiting programs.Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.Use the HRIS to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.Work with Administrators and current M.D.s to develop necessary skills and pipeline to successfully recruit high level healthcare jobs, like MDs.Develop monthly, weekly reporting for the CHRO and other senior managers on open positions and other relevant metrics for the agency level and Corporate level.Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department as needed.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implements employment and recruitment policy and procedure to ensure timely posting of positions to include appropriate processing of resumes, applications, notifications, internal/external communications and record-keeping.Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government. Stays abreast of all applicable federal and state laws and maintains compliance.Proficient in Ceridian Recruitment Management which maintains a recruitment log to track the processing of applications, scheduling and completion of interviews, job offers and new hire start dates.Facilitates and/or provides Ceridian Recruitment Management training (including orientation) to the workforce.Enter employee changes and data into the HRIS system as needed.Conduct Stay and Exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.Assist with developing methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.Assist with analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.Participate in open enrollment, special projects, all staff meetings and QA probe completion as assigned.
