A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Ancillary Meeting Manager.

Must be able to: Provide client consultation and liaison Develop and maintain the ancillary meeting budget Perform project management and logistical planning of ancillary meetings Qualifications Include: Experience in the planning and execution of Pharmaceutical Meetings and Congresses 2+ years’ experience in account/client management 2+ years’ managing outside vendors, sourcing and negotiating contract services Cvent, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite experience 3+ years in a Meeting Manager role.
