Bilingual ( Spanish & English ) In House Sales TelemarketingWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Manager to generate sales of our Solar Products platforms either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our products or services.You must achieve that all your telemarketers are persuasive and successful in sales.

You must be able to understand the company’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet its needs.

The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.Responsibilities:Hiring, training, and preparing telemarketing representatives to provide the best sales performance.Ensuring agents understand and comply with all telemarketing objectives, performance standards, and policies.Answering agent questions regarding best practices.Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine telemarketing goals.Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.Call Center Supervisor Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent, but more education, especially in management, is preferred.Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required.Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.Exceptional English & Spanish verbal and written communication skills.Strong understanding of Solar company products, policies, and services.Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.Analytical, efficient, and thorough.Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.Base Salary plus Performance Bonus & CommissionJob Type: Full-time
