Each division is afforded operational and financial support to ensure it capitalizes on industry trends and captures growth opportunities.We’re looking for a Total Rewards Director to join us, nothing is more important than the people who work here, and this leader will work with Executive Leadership, People Partners, Recruiters, and Business Leaders across the globe to ensure our compensation and benefit offerings are world-class, align with our strategic company objectives, and take care of our employees.WHAT DOES THE GIG ENTAIL (the fine print)?Drive enterprise wide total rewards (compensation, benefits, and perks), including philosophy, design, and program execution for all functionsUnderstand industry best practices and lead effective, competitive, and fair/equitable total rewards programs ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectivenessRun ongoing market analysis to ensure competitive compensation offerings (for external offers and existing employee base) and short/long-term retention strategies to drive the right behaviors and attract and retain top talentPerform job evaluations, conduct market surveys, collect and analyze market data, and maintain salary survey dataDevelop recommendations for annual budgeting and planning while maintaining internal and external equity in pay plansAccurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate the business at large on pay philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring all compensation programs are administered fairly and consistentlyDevelop and distribute compensation related materials both internally and externallyBenchmark executive and director compensation levels, gauging the alignment of executive pay and company performance, and monitoring updates from peer groupsStreamline existing and develop new compensation offerings and processesDesign and administer sales compensation programs in partnership with leaders in those spacesDevelop tools/processes to monitor, measure, and analyze compensation and benefit/perk program offerings, and stay aware of emerging trends in these areasLeverage subject matter expertise to advise Business Leaders, People Partners, as well as Finance and Legal partners on total rewards-related mattersLead and develop members of the Total Rewards teamPerform ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects as needed (e.g., leveling, spans of control, organizational planning, compensation strategy, retention programs, etc.)WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING TO THE TABLE?Ya gotta have:BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or other related area.8+ years of experience in Compensation including Executive, Sales, Equity, Benefits, and Employee Perk ProgramsExperience with benefits managementExperience with payroll managementAbility to have fun while doing awesome things in the total rewards space!It would be super cool if you had: 15+ years of experience in CompensationCCP – Certified Compensation ProfessionalCBP – Certified Benefits ProfessionalS/PHR – Senior Professional Human ResourcesExperience with incentive plan design as well as equity or profit sharing program managementStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization—a true team playerStrong analytical skills and the ability to think conceptuallyAbility to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesHOW DO WE REWARD YOU? DAI offers a competitive package consisting of base compensation & bonus (MBO); competitive benefits package including 401k, Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, & Life insurance; and a generous paid time off program including paid holidays.
