Role and Responsibilities:Priority Financial Group (PFG) is looking for an experienced, energetic and positive-minded individual to join our growing and expanding team as a Vice President of Relationship Management.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of Financial Advisor activities in an assigned territory.

They will direct Financial Advisor and Sales Assistant teams and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values.

The Relationship Management VP implements plans and strategies to expand the client base in the applicable marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for the advisors, sales assistants, and financial institution staff. The Relationship Manager works independently to maintain and enhance relationships with Financial Institutions and Advisors.

They are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through periodic communication meetings to include assessment of service level responsiveness, training and marketing.

This position will work closely with the Compliance and Operations teams at PFG.This position will cover PFG clients in San Diego, San Jose and Portland, Oregon among others.

Bi-weekly travel is typically managed between Tuesdays and Thursday with work-from-home days out of a home office on Mondays and Fridays.

This will vary as business needs demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for providing program management support to assigned financial institution relationships. Work with financial institution Executives to garner internal integration and support.Assist in the management of business development opportunities.Support the Financial Education process by coordinating seminars, presentations, and training sessions.Financial Advisor Coaching to include one-on-one communication meetings to help Advisors: Increase the number of Financial Plans delivered Improve Profiling techniques Develop Wealth Management Teams (ie.

Centers of Influence)Reporting – Learn the features and benefits of key technology systems (Orion, Salesforce and Broker/Dealer platform) to assist in reporting to financial institution management.Responsible for meeting all applicable statutory and industry requirements and standards for licensing and registration.Fully knowledgeable of all policies, laws and regulations which apply to position.Understands and is accountable for executing all job functions in a way that is consistent with all requirements of state statutes, NCUA/FDIC, SEC, FINRA/SIPC, BSA, OFAC and the USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP).

Note: Failure to comply with requirements may be subject to strong disciplinary action, up to and including termination, as well as civil and criminal penalties.Preferred Skills:Three years prior experience in proactive Advisor Relationship Management in banking and/or investment services required.
