Vp – commercial loan servicing manager

This is a Full-time position in Rancho Cucamonga, CA posted December 17, 2019.

Commercial Loan Servicing Manager Summary The Commercial Loan Servicing Manager will report directly to the Department Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring proper and timely servicing of the Bank’s loans/leases according to established policies/procedures and applicable regulations. The Loan Servicing Manager will counsel borrowers, assist in resolving problems, and answer inquiries. The Loan Servicing Manager will assist in managing the Bank’s Loan Accounting System and Lease Program as well as assisting with updating the Department Procedures. The Loan Servicing Manager will review the Department’s Monthly Certifications and add to and/or revise the certifications as needed to ensure loan servicing accuracy, quality and compliance.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.Review daily balancing of all loan and lease totals.Review suspense items at least monthly.Review various loan exception reports and make notes on Director.Oversee the physical maintenance and security of all Loan Documentation files.Oversee that call back of all loans and lease maintenance has been completed daily.Oversee the Bank’s Participation Loan Portfolio.Oversee the Bank’s Mortgage Pool Portfolio.Oversee Insurance Tracking maintenance.Troubleshoot on loan inquiries.Approve outgoing wires for loan payoffs.Oversee daily wire log.Sign cashier’s checks, and approve transactions.Oversee the management of the department e-mail box for service requests.SBA reporting.Oversee Loan Boarding function and turn-around-time.Oversee Loan payments and Disbursements.Oversee Loan payoff and Demands and the proper releasing of collateral.Oversee processing non-post.Superuser of FISERV Navigator loan servicing systemTraining the department loan servicing associates.Provides training for the Center associates, (on a case by case need via the phone and also via formal training classes).Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all employees in the Loan Servicing Department.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of ITI, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, FISERV Navigator and LeaseComplete software. Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCurrent driver’s license. Other Skills and AbilitiesBe able to adapt to a fast paced working environment to meet deadlines while providing Extra Dimension Service Plus to the Centers and Departments.

Other QualificationsMust be able to travel 5% of the time.
